Turn a glovebox full of service records into a listing.
Service records are the slow part of listing a car. Drop in the whole pile: we read and sort every receipt into a clean service-history sheet, and you redact anything private in one quick pass. A VIN fills in the spec sheet.

A glovebox full of receipts, put in order for you.
Tip the whole thing in at once. Every receipt gets read, dated, and lined up oldest to newest. You skim it, fix anything that looks off, and drag a black box over a name or a plate. Done in about the time it takes to find the folder.
The whole thing, four steps.
One package that answers every question.
A spec sheet with the options and mods, a service history built from the actual receipts, and those receipts again with private details blacked out. All under one name, yours or nobody's.

Unbranded for the block. Branded for the buyer.
Bring a Trailer and the rest don't want a dealer's logo on the listing, so drop your branding for a clean, neutral sheet that plays by the rules. Selling off your own lot, or handing the finished package to the buyer? Put your shop's name, logo, and colors on every page instead. It's one setting, and you decide car by car.
Drop your branding
A neutral sheet with your logo and colors off, the kind auctions that ban seller branding expect. Every plan.
Make it yours
Your name, logo, and colors on the package you hand the buyer or post on your own site.
Go fully unmarked
Full white-label takes off the IntakeDrive mark too, for a completely blank sheet. Pro and Enterprise.
Decide at download
One switch when you download: pull a neutral copy for the auction and a branded one for the buyer, from the same listing.
Photos pull them in. The details make them bid.
A buyer who can see every option, every mod, and a clean run of service records stops second-guessing and starts bidding. The same package makes your own dealership listings look like you sweat the details, because you did.
From a weekend driver to a six-figure build.
The package goes with the car. The buyer comes back to you.
Hand the new owner the full package with one link. They hold onto a clean record for the day they sell, with your name still on it. You didn't just move a car. You lined up the next one.

The full package
Spec sheet, service history, and the redacted records, together.
Your name travels
The record carries your shop into the next sale.
They come back
When it's time to sell again, you're the obvious start.
The things sellers actually ask.
What is IntakeDrive, exactly?
It's the fastest way to get a car's paperwork ready to sell. You give it a VIN and a stack of service receipts; it hands back a spec sheet, a sorted service history, and clean redacted copies of the receipts, all as one package you post in your listing and share with the buyer.
How much time does it actually save?
The receipts are the slow part. Reading them, typing them into order, and blacking out names and addresses can eat an evening for a single car. Here you upload the stack, skim what comes back, and redact in one pass. Most sellers are done in a few minutes.
Can I take my branding off for an auction?
Yes. Every plan can drop your own logo and colors for a neutral sheet, which is what auctions like Bring a Trailer expect. Taking off the small IntakeDrive mark too, for a completely blank sheet, is the full white-label option on Pro and Enterprise. Selling off your own lot? Flip your branding back on instead.
What about an older car with no VIN to decode?
No problem. If the VIN won't decode, you skip straight to a blank spec sheet with the VIN filled in and type the details yourself. Plenty of classics go through that way.
What does the buyer see, and are my redactions kept?
You send a private link and a short code. The buyer makes a free account and gets read-only access to the spec sheet, the service summary, and redacted copies of the service documents — the same blacked-out versions that go in your downloadable packet. Your originals never leave your account, and you can pull access at any time.
Does it verify that the service history is true?
No, and it doesn't pretend to. The history is built from the records you upload and the decoded VIN data, so it's only as complete as what you feed it. It presents your paperwork well; it doesn't independently verify it.
Stop dreading the paperwork.
Load the glovebox, skim the result, post the car. The slowest part of the sale takes minutes, and your evenings are yours again.
